This is a Breg Polar Care Cube.  Apparently it cost me around $500 when I had knee surgery.  It pumps ice water through the wrap.  Works really well and is easier than trying to keep an ice pack on.  It comes with the box where the ice water goes and a knee wrap.  Great for after surgery or even to ice down old injuries.  Totally worth the asking price of $20.  Great condition.
